Part # APH-059 Dual Pipe Bearing includes two mounting brackets, bolts and nuts for wood mount.  Use for center drive mounted kits only. 

**For side drive or dual drive applications use part APH-060 Nylotron Dual Pipe Bearing.

All parts are hot dipped galvanized- With grease fittings - Two bolts and nuts for brackets are included with the instructions.
